Great food. I have had breakfast and lunch there several times. It is nice having something different sometimes. And the coffee is amazing. I stop by almost every Thursday for a cup. Jill is great to talk to. She can sympathize with a hard day!!

Decent stuff. A little pricey for what your getting. But I’m all about supporting small business.. especially now. I can dig it! Customer was ok. Was a little strange hearing someone in the kitchen was sick and not in the bathroom anymore..

A month ago ITried a cupcake yellow cake with chocolate frosting - dry cake , meh frosting - I thought maybe just an off day, so tried again tonight- chocolate cupcake with peanut Butter frosting- dry as toast cake and frosting was inedible, possibly rancid . horrible! Won’t be back

I fell in love with Jill's Cakes & Bakes over 10 years ago when the little coffee shop I worked at in high school sold her baked goodies. Since then she has made my birthday cakes, siblings cakes, my wedding cake, and now my daughters birthday cakes! Wouldn't go anywhere else. I also tried her lunch items for the first time today and they did not disappoint! Her new location in Ball Ground is beautiful and the items are fresh and delicious!Ps - I'm sorry about the grilled cheese finger prints on the display case 😁😘

Great cannolis and cheesecake cupcakes. The service is awesome. We also had superman ice cream which the kids loved. Olivia is the best.

Delicious cupcakes! Super moist and yummy! Definitely reccomend the Oreo and Red Velvet cupcakes:)The only negative is that at the end of the day they just throw it all away. And if some cupcakes are made around 4 or 5, they still serve them in the morning as "fresh". Idea: For the last hour of the day have everything that will be tossed at night half off!! I'd come in a lot more often!!

We had an extraordinary experience at this restaurant. We enjoyed the superb vibes and the meals. The waiters are super personal. I’m content we ultimately decided to visit this place.

We stopped in after church yesterday (Westminster Chapel, just around the corner) and it was great to just sit, relax and enjoy some phenomenal sandwiches! Chicken salad, egg salad, BLT - all yum. It's been great to see Ball Ground growing; all the different restaurants providing some awesome dining, and Jill's is no exception. Check out the Asian sesame chicken salad on a croissant!

Hands down the best German Chocolate cake I've ever had!

Warm and welcoming shop serving a variety of excellent chicken salad sandwiches as well as desserts. Friendly staff. I'll be stopping here from now on whenever I am passing through.

Great selection of sweets and treatsWe visited on a weekday, after having lunch at a nearby restaurant. The promise of fresh cupcakes drew us in, and held us there for more purchases. Instead of a simple dessert, we left with a dozen cupcakes plus a cup of ice cream. Our cupcakes were fluffy and moist, with each delicious topping and filling a wonderful as the next. We also watched as locals came in to purchase whole cakes, and stayed awhile to chat with the family that operates the bakery.By stopping in at Jill's, we've now eaten at every restaurant in the historic downtown. Our advice is to get a good meal on main street, then walk down the street for dessert at Jill's.

This Bakery is worth the trip to visit! If you're going through Ball Ground or even near it you must visit Jill's shop! They have great sandwiches for breakfast and lunch and fantastic baked goods!

When not saving the galaxy, I like to enjoy egg, sausage and cheese croissants on Saturday mornings. They're excellent here. The coffee is quite good too. Two sandwiches and a coffee for $10. Pretty good deal. Service is fast. Plus they're just around the corner. I haven't tried any sweets yet, but plan to, and I'm kicking around the idea of getting a custom cake for Thanksgiving. I wonder what Drax's favorite flavor is..?

Amazing cupcakes!!! Hard to choose which one to get! Ended up getting Reeces PB and cookies and cream! Also, peanut butter ball and 2 macaroons!! All were delicious! The strawberry macaroon, my daughter picked out, didn't even make it out of the parking lot! Will definitely be back for more next time we are close!

Stopped in on our way through town and we are so glad we did. We left there feeling so happy after the interaction we had with the woman behind the counter, but on our way home we finally opened our red velvet cupcake and WOW! Best cupcake we've literally ever tasted. Thank you Jill! We live in Cumming but we plan on coming back for your cupcakes

We chose Jill to make our wedding cake and not only did it taste amazing, it looked beautiful! All of our guests told us how much they loved the cake, we will definitely go to Jill for any future events for cakes/cup cakes.

Jill is awesome! She’s has been doing our custom cakes for years! The designs and quality are wonderful, not to mention the taste of the cake which is delicious! She did a fantastic job just recently for my sons birthday!

Dry cake! First visit ever, there are pre-sliced cakes available. I purchased a slice of the white wedding. The cake was dry and too sweet (so much icing for a slice of cake). A plus: there was no long wait

More than just baked goods, the bacon egg and cheese breakfast croissant was delicious! The girls in the front could have been friendlier, but the cook from the back came out to apologize for the wait and he was super friendly and awesome. Definitely give this place a try.

Cupcakes are delicious and the ladies at the counter were are polite and helpful. We have been in a couple times and it has been fantastic each time.

The best bakery in Georgia!!!

Stopped by the bakery while waiting for an appointment in town and had one of their breakfast sandwiches. It was very delicious, and, with a sweet tea, only spent $6! Very fresh food and the customer service was excellent and attentive. Definitely recommend stopping by; I know I would stop by again if I were ever to come to Ball Ground again.

I’ve been riding through Ball Ground (out of Alpharetta) for a few years now and always thought it would be nice to stop someplace for breakfast. Jill’s is perfect for that! I had a coffee and a breakfast sandwich. The ham was thick cut like a steak! All I can say is LEGIT! A great stop for a great ride! Jill is super friendly too! Well done to her and her really nice place!

Stopped in on a whim for a sandwich on a road trip. Fantastic tuna salad! The oatmeal raisin cookies were nothing short of perfection. Bought 6 for the road, ate them all before we were 10 miles away. Highly recommended!
